Summer Camp Regulation

Notes

1. To safeguard the health and safety of Carisa Art Studio's (hereinafter referred to as "the school") students and staff, it is required to declare and ensure that 【they have not been to areas with COVID-19 outbreaks or government-issued high-risk scenic spots, and have no relevant contact history】 at least 14 days before the start of the class.

2. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the school reserves the right to adjust the class location.

3. If the number of participants for each camp does not meet the minimum requirement, the school reserves the right to combine camps or cancel them.

4. Two weeks before the camp starts, the school will notify parents via email about the camp dates, locations, and items to bring.

5. After completing the camp registration process, if a student is unable to attend for any reason, the school provides three options:

A. Retain the payment: The payment for this camp will be retained and can be used for future registrations for other courses at the school. This option must be notified three weeks before the start of the class, with no handling fee (please refer to the relevant regulations regarding retained payments below).

B. Change to another session: Requests for session changes must be made at least three weeks before the original session's start date and are limited to one change per registration, with no handling fee. (If there are still no suitable sessions available, and a refund is required, please refer to the relevant refund regulations below).

C. Transfer the spot: The course can be transferred to another child provided by the parents, who must meet the age requirements of the school's courses and be notified at least three weeks before the start of the course, with no handling fee.

6. To maintain teaching quality and foster children's independence, parents are not allowed to enter the classroom during the camp period.

7. The school reserves the right to change the course as needed. If there are any changes to the course (such as due to natural disasters, heavy rain, or class suspension), the school will publish relevant information on its official Line@ account: Carisa Art Studio. The school will not notify parents via SMS, phone calls, etc.

8. Participants of the school's courses must comply with trademark and copyright laws and regulations, and must not copy or teach any content from the course materials in any way.

9. By registering for the school's camp courses, participants agree to authorize the school and the organizers to use photos and videos of the students and their works taken during the course for marketing purposes, including but not limited to printed materials, websites, blogs, Facebook fan pages, newsletters, and EDMs.

10. The daily physical camp course runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with check-in from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM and pick-up from 5:10 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. To maintain good teaching quality, please arrive on time. If pick-up exceeds the designated time, please inform the group, and the pick-up time can be extended until 6:00 PM (an additional care fee of NT$100 per 30 minutes will be charged; less than 30 minutes will be counted as 30 minutes).

11. Please bring your own tablet or laptop for the course content.

**Regulations Regarding Retained Payments**

1. After completing the camp registration process, if a student is unable to attend, the school allows the payment for the relevant course to be retained. Only the amount will be retained, and the course spot will not be reserved.

2. Retained payments can be used for regular courses or camp courses at Coding APE Academy or other activities. They will be deducted from the course fee according to the fees announced on the official website at that time. If the retained amount is less than the course fee, the difference must be paid. If the retained amount is greater than the course fee, the remaining balance can be kept or refunded (if a refund is requested for the remaining balance, the school will deduct an administrative fee of NT$500).

3. If choosing a full refund of the course fee, the refund will be processed based on the original refund date. The school will follow the refund rules for the refund.

**Refund Regulations for Camp Courses**

After registration and payment, if a participant is unable to attend, the following refund rules apply:

A. Requests made 30 days before the course starts: 100% of the total payment will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of NT$200.

B. Requests made between 21 and 30 days before the course starts: 90% of the total payment will be refunded (including an administrative fee of NT$200).
